Wonbin Kweon

My research interests lie in

(1) Information Retrieval (recommender systems, search)

(2) Trustworthy AI (model calibration, uncertainty quantification)

(3) Agentic AI (search agents, tool-using agents)

(4) Natural Language Processing (text mining, information extraction)

Over the past three years, I have published 20+ papers at top-tier conferences, including WWW, KDD, CIKM, SIGIR, EMNLP, NAACL, and AAAI.

Biography

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Siebel School of Computing and Data Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where I worked with Prof. Jiawei Han.
